This is to inform all registered students that, they are required to fill in their particulars (form four, form six and equivalents index numbers). The CSEE and ACSEE Index numbers should be written correctly and must contain 15 characters eg. S0235/0897/2012 .Please submit your particulars by visiting your account in UDOM-SR THEN EDIT MY INFO not later than Sunday 26th June 2016
All students are required to obey a deadline provided above. Students who will fail to comply with this notice will be held responsible for anything that might happen to them.
