The U.S. Mission is now accepting applications for the 2020 Fulbright Foreign Student Program. This program awards grants to Ugandan university faculty and others to pursue advanced degree, nondegree, or research programs in the United States. Although core exchanges are with universities, candidates who are aliated with other educational, cultural, or professional institutions may apply.
Applicants seeking to pursue a Ph.D. must detail their intended research area and be prepared to submit a writing sample.
