Transferred Students from St. Joseph University to The University of Dodoma

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
TRANSFERRED STUDENTS FROM ST. JOSEPH UNIVERSITY TO THE
UNIVERSITY OF DODOMA
This is to inform all students transferred from St. Joseph University in Tanzania to The University of Dodoma that, they are required to report to their respective Colleges (College of Education and College of Natural and Mathematical Sciences) at the University of Dodoma on Saturday 9^th April 2016. effectively from 8.00am to 6.00pm.
All students are required to pay tuition fees and direct costs for academic year 2015/2016. Students who will fail to comply with this notice will not be allowed to join the university. Payment must be made before students reporting to the University as follows:

(1)   Private candidates (non HESLB beneficiaries) On reporting kindly present a bank pay in slip with the following payments to cover second semester fee and direct costs as analyzed here under:
(a)     Tuition Fee                1,200,000 X ½ =     600,000

Accommodation       116 days X 500 =    58,000
Registration fee                                           10,000
Examination Fee                                         20,000
Identity card                                                  5,000
Graduation Fee               (once)                 10,000
Medical Capitation                                    25,000
Caution money                                           20,000
                       Total                                   748,000

(b)        HEALTH INSURANCE TAS 50,400.00 to be paid annually to the National Health Insurance fund.
(C)        Student Union Subscription TAS 5,000 to be paid annually.
(2)   Students sponsored by Higher Education Students Loans Board shall be required to pay the University Direct costs as indicated above and any amount in tuition fees that is not supported by HELSB.
(3)   All students must present their original Credentials :-

• – Birth certificate
• – Academic Certificates ( form IV and Form VI Certificates)
• – Diploma Certificate if applicable

* Failure to present the original credentials will lead to no registration
