Important information for accessing the University of Dodoma

From the Dodoma bus station, there are two common options of public transport to reach the University of Dodoma.
First, by Taxi

• Around the Dodoma regional bus station, there are taxis for transportation services.
• Depending on the college you are heading to, it will take between 12 and 22 minutes from the Dodoma regional bus station.
• Taxi fare should be capped to around TSh 15,000 for College of Social Science, College of Business Studies and Law, and College of Informatics and Virtual Education; and fare should be capped to around 20,000 for College of Earth Science, College of Natural and Mathematical Sciences, College of Health Sciences (Tiba), College of Education, and Main Administration (Utawala).

Second, by Daladala

• About 200 meters from the Dodoma regional bus station, there is a mini-buses station for transportation within the municipal known as Jamatini
• At Jamatini daladala station, you will find several daladalas making routes to UDOM.
• There are several routes depending on your college of destination. If you are
• Daladala from the Jamatini daladala station to different colleges are as follows:
  • TSh. 400 for College of Social Science and Humanities, College of Business Studies and Law, and College of Informatics and Virtual Education (Info).
  • TSh. 500 for College of Natural and Mathematical Sciences, College of Earth Sciences and College of Education.
  • TSh. 700 for College of Health Sciences (Tiba)
