Maswali 15 Yanayoulizwa Mara kwa Mara Kwenye Usaili ( Interviews ) na Namna ya Kuyajibu
Ifuatayo ni orodha yetu ya maswali 15 yanayoulizwa mara kwa mara kwenye interviews( Usaili) na namna ya kuyajibu;
1.Jitambulishe(Wewe ni Nani?)
Mara nyingi hili ni swali ambalo mtahiniwa huulizwa mara tu aingiapo kwenye chumba cha usaili. Kwa bahati mbaya watahiniwa wengi hudhani kuwa waajiri hutamani kujua majina yao. Hapana, majina yako wanayafahamu na pengine hata taarifa za ziada. Katika swali hili waajiri uhitaji kujua sifa zako zihusianazo na ajira zitakazo dhihirisha kuwa wewe ni mtu sahihi.
Mfano mtu anaweza kujibu hivi, “Jina langu ni Mti Mkavu, ni Mhitimu wa Shahada ya Masoko ya Chuo Kikuu Dodoma. Ni mtu makini, mbunifu, mchapa kazi na ninayependa watu. Pamoja na hayo ninao ujuzi usio na shaka kwenye masuala ya mawasiliano. Uwezo wangu unadhihirishwa na mrejesho ambao huwa na upata kwa kila mtu ninaye fanya naye kazi”.
Katika swali hili ni muhimu kujua kuwa halihitaji wewe kuzungumzia mambo yasiyo husiana na kazi na ajira. Kwenu mpo wa ngapi,jina la mama yako, mkoa unaotoka, kabila, kazi ya baba au mama yako havihitajiki katika taarifa unazotakiwa.
2.Kwanini upewe ajira kwetu? | au unaweza ukaulizwa Kwa nini unahisi wewe ni mtu sahihi kwa kazi hii na siyo mwingine?
Kumbuka kuwa usaili wa kazi unahusisha ushindani hivyo swali hili linataka uoneshe utofauti ulionao. Katika kujibu swali hili zingatia mahitaji ya kazi husika kujenga hoja kwani hata kama una utofauti wa aina gani kama hautasaidia katika kufikia malengo ya taasisi bado itakuwa ni kazi bure.
Mfano, “ Siyo kwamba mimi ni mchapakazi na mbobezi katika uhasibu pekee lakini pia ni mtu ambaye ninaweza kufanya shughuli zangu bila kusimamiwa. Mimi ni mtu wa matokeo hivyo kwa kila ambacho hufanya hulenga kutimiza malengo kwa wakati na kufikia viwango stahiki.
"Ubora wangu unathibitishwa na tuzo kadhaa nilizowahi kupata ikiwemo mfanyakazi bora wa mwezi mara nne nilipokuwa nikifanya kazi na na Magogo Media. Hii inathibitisha kuwa mkinipa fursa hii hamtakuwa mnajaribu bali mtakuwa mnafanya maamuzi sahihi”.
3.Unajua nini kuhusu sisi?
Siku zote maandalizi ya usaili yanaenda sambamba na kutafuta taarifa sahihi za taasisi husika. Hivyo ni vyema kuhakikisha kuwa taarifa unazotoa hapa ni sahihi na muhimu katika kudhirisha kuwa ulishafanya utafiti wa kutosha kuhusu taasisi husika.
Mfano, “ Benki yenu ilianzishwa mwaka 1987 ina maono ya kuwa benki bora kuliko zote nchini kwa kutoa huduma za kifedha zinazo aminika na kufikia maeneo mengi nchini. Kwa sasa benki yenu ina matawi 700 na ATMs 500 huku ikiwa na mpango wa kufungua matawi mengine Kigoma hivi karibuni.
Endapo mtanipa fursa ya kufanya kazi na nyinyi nitahakikisha natumia vyema uwezo wangu katika masuala ya masoko ili kuongeza wateja na kuhaikisha huduma bora mnayotoa inafahamika kwa watu wengi.”
4. Ni vitu gani unavyojivunia?
Katika swali hili waajiri huhitaji kujua mambo kadhaa ambayo unayaona kama mtaji mkubwa katika utendaji kazi. Ni vyema kukumbuka kuwa mambo utakayo yataja hapa ni yale yenye umuhimu katika kuongeza ufanisi au ubora katika kazi husika kwani kila kazi inamahitaji yake ya tofauti na kazi nyingine.
Kwa mfano, “mambo makuu mawili ninayojivunia ni ujuzi na uwezo katika huduma kwa wateja na kujisimamia katika majukumu yangu. Kila ninapowahudumia wateja huwa napokea mrejesho chanya juu ya namna wanavyoridhishwa na huduma yangu hivyo kutamani kuhudumiwa nami tena.
Hii hunifanya nijione kuwa mtu muhimu sana katika taasisi yoyote ninayofanya nayo kazi. Pia, uwezo wangu katika kufanya shughuli bila kusimamiwa au chini ya usimamizi mdogo unanifanya niwe mtu wa kuaminiwa na kutegemewa katika kufanya shughuli zangu.Haya ni baadhi ya mambo mengi yanayonifanya mimi kuwa mtu wa tofauti. Nina amini hamtaacha fursa ya kufanya kazi nami”
5.Udhaifu wako ni upi?
Hili ni moja ya maswali ambayo watainiwa wengi huyachukia na kuyaona kama yana lengo la kuwatafutia sababu za kuwanyima kazi. Wengine kwa lengo la kuonesha ukamilifu huthubu kusema kuwa hawana udhaifu wowote-usithubutu kusema hivyo. Kila mtu ana udhaifu wake kwani hakuna aliye mkamilifu.
Suala la msingi ni kujua namna ya kujibu suali hili. Mambo ya kuzingatia ni pamoja na kuchagua udhaifu ambao hauta athiri utendaji wako na pili hakikisha udhaifu huo unahusiana na ujuzi na sio tabia.
Ujuzi ni rahisi kuutafuata lakini kubadilisha tabia ni ngumu zaidi hivyo usiseme kuwa wewe ni mvivu,mdokozi, na mengineyo ya kitabia. Na unapotaja udhaifu wowote kumbuka kuonesha jitihada ambazo umeshazifanya ili kudhibiti udhaifu huo.
Kwa mfano, kwa kazi ya uhasibu mtu anaweza sema, “Udhaifu nilio nao ni masuala ya ‘graphic designing’ niligundua hili nilipohitaji kuandaa tangazo kwa ajili ya ofisi niliyokuwa nikifanya nayo kazi. Hata hivyo, nimeanza kujifunza mwenyewe kupitia mtandao wa internet na naona napata mabadiliko chanya kila leo”.
Kwa jibu hili ni dhahiri kabisa graphic designing siyo mahitaji muhimu ya kazi ya uhasibu hivyo haita athiti utendaji wa kazi.
6. Kwa nini uliacha kazi yako ya mwanzo?
Hapa unahitajikua makini sana, kumbuka na epuka kuzungumza vibaya kuhusu muajiri yeyote kabla au sasa au uwezo wa muajiri.
Hapa unaweza ukawajibu tu kwamba;" Kwa sababu ya kuboresha na kuongeza ujuzi, pia natafuta fursa bora zaidi."
7.Unatarajia kupata nini kutokana na kufanya kazi hapa? au unaweza ukaulizwa | Baada ya miaka mitatu wewe mwenyewe utakua wapi?
Ongelea unachotumaini kutimiza ila kuwa mkweli. Pia usiongee kwa ujumla. Chagua kitu maalum ambalo ni muhimu kwa kampuni alafu ilenge. Ila, uwe wazi kwa kusema itachukua muda kujifunza zaidi kuhusu kampuni ili kufanikiwa zaidi.
Kwa mfano; “Nikiwa mwalimu wa kiingereza, lengo langu ni kuongeza asilimia ya wanafunzi wanaofaulu mtihani wa taifa kuwa 85% ya darasa yangu. Najua itachukua muda kujua vizuri changamoto za wanafunzi ila, naamini nitafanikiwa”
Ni vizuri kusema kwamba unatumaini kuona uwajibikaji zaidi katika kampuni hiyo na kuongeza thamani katika kampuni kwa mchango wako.
8.Kwanini umekaa muda mrefu bila kupata ajira?
Wajibu kwamba; "Nilikuwa najiendeleza katika taaluma yangu "
9. Eleza namna unavyoweza kujisimamia mwenyewe
Wajibu kwamba: Nitakuwa nafanya kazi niliyopewa nikishirkiana na wasimamizi wangu na viongozi juu ya namna ya kumaliza kazi kabla ya muda uliopangwa.
10. Kitu gani kinakukera miongoni mwa wafanyakazi wenzako?
Wajibu kwamba; "Naamini katika kufanya kazi kwa pamoja. Hata kama nikikerwa na kitu chochote, huwa najaribu kuepuka isipokuwa kama ni kitu cha binafsi."
11.Unategemea kufanya kazi kwa muda gani kama ukipewa ajira?
Wajibu:Kwa muda mrefu kama nitaendelea kuongeza kitu katika taaluma yangu.
12:Je, mwenyewe unajiona kufanikiwa?
Wajibu: Ndio, ukiachana na uwezo wa taaluma yangu, nadhani nimepata watu sahihi wa kufanya nao kazi.
13. Uwezo wako ni upi katika kazi?
Wajibu: Mimi huwa naelewa na kufundishika kwa haraka na ni mchapakazi wa kweli.
14,Unapenda nafasi au cheo gani katika timu unayofanya nayo kazi?
Wajibu: Haijalishi hadi nitakapojifunza kitu kipya kwa kila mradi au kazi.
15.Je, unaswali lolote kwetu?
Mwishoni wa interview, ni kawaida kwa mwajiri kuuliza kama una maswali kwao. Ukipewa nafasi hii, usiulizie mshaara na faida zingine. Badala yake, uliza:
- Maadili ya kampuni
- Aina ya uongozi
- Wafanyakazi wenzako
- Chochote ambacho hukuelewa kuhusu kazi hiyo.
- Watakupa jibu baada ya muda gani?
- Je, kuna fursa ya kukua / kupandishwa ngazi?
- Nitapata siku ngapi za likizo?
- waajiliwa wanafaidika vipi na kampuni hii.
