7 Simple Tips For Creating And Remembering A Strong Password

7 Simple Tips For Creating And Remembering A Strong Password

Do you get upset when the password strength shows "weak password" while setting new login credentials? We all have a tough time creating a unique password for every mail account or social media platform. The tougher task is to recollect all passwords. Here are seven tips to remember your passwords

1. Use a combination of letters (lower and upper case), numbers and special characters. You can even use emoticon symbols like :p, :D or ;). You definitely won't forget these!

2. Avoid using your own name, anyone's name from your family or your company name.

3. Don't use dictionary words; it's easy to crack such passwords.

4. Use different passwords for different websites. Because if you set the same password for every website, you will be in deep trouble of one of your accounts is hacked. It will give an easy access to other sites.

5. Do not use the word "password" for your password. It's terribly weak and can be hacked in no time. Also, do not use letters or numbers in series like "abcd" or "1234"

6. Use the initials of any phrase to form a strong password.

7. For security, download reliable password manager applications such as Dashlane 4, LastPass 3.0 Premium, or RoboForm Everywhere 7 to save all your passwords in one database. So, now you have to remember only one password to unlock this application and get access to all your passwords.

Here are two examples of a strong password, and you will definitely remember these! - tlshiwwya12# - here, we have used the initials of the famous rhyme "Twinkle twinkle little star, how I wonder what you are", followed by any number and a special character. - Ilinyc#23 - here, we have used a random phrase "I live in New York City", followed by a special character and may be you can add your street or flat number, to help you remember better.

Leave no room for password blunders anymore.

How To Wake Up Early Morning Without An Alarm Clock

INNOCENT-THE BLOGGER-BOY
How To Wake Up Early Morning Without An Alarm Clock
Why do you need a machine to wake up early morning when you have a biological clock to do that? You can make the waking up process a lot easier rather than banging your alarm clock every day and moving around the room half-asleep like a zombie.

If you still wondering how to do it, here are five regulations you need to make in your lifestyle to enable your biological body clock to fall back into rhythm.

1. Analyze your circadian rhythms: Before you make any change in your schedule, examine your circadian rhythms of 24 hours that affect you directly. This also influences secretion of hormones and maintains body temperature. When you watch TV or stay awake till the wee hours of night, the natural circadian rhythm gets affected. Excessive use of mobile phones also disrupts circadian rhythms.

2. Maintain a diary to study your sleep patterns: You need to know at what time do you generally sleep and wake up in the morning? Do you sleep for 7-8 hours every day? If not, correct it. Suppose you want to wake up at 5 a.m., you need to sleep maximum by 9:30 pm so that you can at least sleep for 7 hours. You cannot suddenly develop this habit. Try to sleep by 10:30 p.m. then 10:15 p.m., and so on.

3. Follow the new schedule on weekends: You cannot risk waking up one morning suddenly without an alarm clock. You might get up late, so start following the new schedule on weekends or holidays so that it lets you adjust to new schedule. Arranging your bedroom according to your new schedule is also important. You should keep your curtains slightly open so that sunlight helps you wake up.

4. Convince your brain that you need to wake by a specific time: Before you sleep every day, you need to remind your brain that you have to complete certain tasks or reach office at time, that's why you need to get up by a specific time. Your mind wants a reason, so you better provide one. The reason should be compelling and important so that you understand why it vital for you to wake up early.

5. Turn it into a habit: You need to repeat this activity at least for 2 or 3 weeks without an alarm clock till your subconscious mind learns that waking up early is an important daily activity. When your mind sees you doing this every day for a few weeks, it'll come to believe that it is now your routine and will start triggering this behavior automatically. A day will come when you have nothing to convince to your brain and it will become natural for you to wake up early on your own.

How To Cease And Prevent Panic Attacks Easily
We all get panic attacks during occasions like exams, interviews, or during a flight (If you have a fear of heights). It makes your head suddenly so heavy that you feel you're dying. Your heart is beating fast and your head is clouded with overwhelming nervousness and anxiety.

And you're just blank, trying to figure out what's happening to you and how to calm yourself down.
First of all, stop worrying!

1. Take a deep breath: Inhale and exhale. Deep breathing relaxes your brain as well as your soul.

2. Lift your hands up and stretch. This will relieve your muscles and the caught-up anxiety and fear will be out of your system.

3. Massage your temples in circular motion. Again, this will calm your mind and help you overcome a panic attack.

4. Have a glass of chilled water. It will get your nerves in place.

5. Walk for a few minutes in open air. This will let you think afresh and will eliminate the negative thoughts.

Members of parliament divided over Kitwanga alcohol scandal

INNOCENT-THE BLOGGER-BOY
Members of parliament have voiced some rather mixed feelings over a plan announced by Speaker Job Ndugai to subject them to alcohol and drugs testing, with some suggesting the measure should apply not only to the august House but other public offices as well.

A section of legislators interviewed by The Guardian here asserted that as public servants, MPs have a duty to learn or be forced to drink responsibly.

They acknowledged that some honorable legislators tend to indulge beyond limits and step into the debating chambers while in a state of intoxication, and dismissed possible public perceptions that MPs as a group might object to any official moves to control how they choose to entertain themselves.

Speaker Ndugai mooted the plan to introduce compulsory alcohol and drugs testing for MPs on Sunday in the wake of President John Magufuli sacking of home affairs minister Charles Kitwanga for allegedly turning up in parliament and answering MPs questions related to his ministry while drunk.

Asked by The Guardian how he felt about the plan, Peter Lijuakali (Kilombero - CHADEMA) said it would help instill discipline among legislators who are representing a key organ of the state and involved in making important decisions on behalf of the people.

Basing on the core functions of parliament, legislators as decision-makers are suppose to attend House sessions with fresh minds so that they can make correct decisions on behalf of their electorate,” Lijuakali said. He suggested that some existing laws which have been highly criticized by the public may have been passed by parliament while many MPs were drunk.

What has happened (with Kitwanga) is just one incident…maybe there have been many more of similar nature in the past which contributed to legislators making inappropriate decisions,” Lijuakali said.

Another opposition MP, Magdalena Sakaya (Kaliua-CUF) was also in support of the idea to introduce random substance testing, describing the act of a member of parliament attending a House seating while drunk as unacceptable.

Backing Lijuakali’s proposal that such testing should not be restricted to MPs but also introduced in other public offices, Sakaya said the House could even come up with laws designed to ensure that people in general don’t go to their work-places while drunk.

Korogwe Urban legislator Mary Chatanda also said the Speaker plan was correct, querying plaintively how an MP could properly represent the interests of his or her people if he or she attended Bunge sessions while drunk.

Another Special Seats MP, Zainabu Mwamwinda (CCM), said MPs who showed up in parliament while drunk were not being fair to their voters because clearly they could not meet their expectations.

Mwamwinda called for alcohol and drugs testing for MPs to be included in the National Assemble Standing Orders. But Vunjo legislator James Mbatia (NCCR-Mageuzi) differed with other MPs in saying that the plan would not bear positive results.

Mbatia said the National Assembly should have been taking action against such incidents of public substance abuse by MPs as they occurred in the past, and not have to wait for the government intervention. He suggested that the country reconsider the proposed Warioba constitutional changes which underlined leadership principles and human dignity.

Temeke MP Abdallah Mtolea (CUF) said there was a need for political parties to hold accountable their members who attend Bunge sessions while drunk.

He also called on political parties to ensure that in future they endorse only decent” people to contest for privileged electoral positions like parliamentary seats. There is no need for the National Assembly to invest money on issues like conducting alcohol and drugs testing for MPs.

The political parties themselves can and should deal with their MPs who violate parliamentary protocol and standards, Mtolea said.
